What Is Viral Hits?

Viral Hits is a traffic exchange system that is a great way for small business owners, opportunity seekers and website owners to get top quality traffic to see their advertisements. It's a very simple concept, you will visit other members advertisements and they will visit yours. The more advertisements you see, the more traffic you will receive!

Can anyone join?

Yes, anyone can join. The only requirement is that you agree to the Terms of Service. Only one membership per IP address is allowed.

How come I can't delete a website in my site list?

Make sure you have ZERO % assigned to any URL you are trying to remove from your account. This will allow you to edit and replace any site you wish. Please note that you will need to make sure that the other sites total your auto-assign minimum when you make this change.

What is auto-assigning?

Auto assigning means simply that the credits that you have earned by surfing and from your referrals are automatically applied to the url(s) that you have listed. Free members must auto-assign 75% of their credits, Upgraded members have a lower auto-assign % of their credits earned.

How fast will I get traffic to my site?

There's no way to determine how fast you will get traffic to your websites. The traffic you receive is based on the amount of users in the system and how active they are. It's also based on how much you surf and how many credits you have applied to your websites. Being an active member or one who uses our service often, means you will generate traffic to your website much faster.

Can I make money here?

Viral Hits is not a money making program, however, we do have Prize Pages which may award cash and a referral program where you can earn commissions on upgrades and purchases from your direct referrals which is based on your membership level.

Can I buy extra traffic?

Yes, simply log into your account and click on the link to Buy Credits, Banner Impressions or Text Link Impressions.

Why do I get logged out when I start to surf?

You should make sure your browser and/or firewall are not blocking third party or session cookies. You should also add ViralHits.net to your known sites list in your browser and/or firewall. Consult your programs help files for detailed instructions. Another issue could be you do not have any URLs listed in 'My Sites', please add a site and then try to surf again.

Why haven't I received the email to activate my account?

Please check your SPAM settings to ensure you accept emails from admin@viralhits.net It may be that all e-mails coming from our servers are being blocked. To remedy this, either sign up using a different email account or let your service provider know that you want to accept email from ViralHits.net. Bounced emails will result in deleted accounts.

What is the 'Report Site' link for?

You use this link to report any websites (you see while surfing) that might violate our Terms and Conditions or notify us if a site is having problems. After we receive an email, we can then notify the site owner.

What is a Dynamic Surf Ratio?

The more you surf, the more credits you'll earn. Every day you'll start earning the base amount (this varies by membership level), but as you surf you will find that it becomes easier to earn your advertising credits. Stats are reset daily.

Why is the surf page slow to load?

The surf page requires a third party website and banner to load in addition to the surf page. If the imported site or banner is slow to load it may slow down the load time of the surf page. Often times, the surf timer is well into it's countdown once the member website has loaded. Please report these sites. When adding your website and/or banner to our system please make sure they load quickly to get the most out of our services.

What payment processors do you accept?

Why was my account suspended?

Members who have repeatedly answered security questions incorrectly are suspended, regardless of their account level. This process is automatic by anti-cheat methods in place. Please contact Support for consideration to re-instate your account.

How do I cancel my account?
